HR Executive Nordic virtual event
Discendum is participating as a partner HR Executive Nordic virtual event on 26th of January 2022.
This year the main theme is The New Way Forward. Event is mainly in English. Agenda covers widely different HR areas including interesting keynotes and discussions. Agenda is divided into three themes:
- Leading Change – Redefining HR
- I.D.E.A Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility
- HR Analytics & Automation & Digitization
The future of work is already here, and this challenges many HR functionalities to be rethinked.
Discendum´s Deep Dive session concentrates on agile way of developing skills and competences in digital environment. We also introduce our services Priima and Totara TXP as tools for learning. This session is in Finnish.
