Induction is an essential part of a new employee’s first few weeks in the workplace and has a major impact on their experience as an employee and on the functioning of the organisation as a whole. Successful onboarding supports the employee’s adaptation to the new environment, promotes retention and provides the necessary tools to perform the job effectively. <\/em><\/h5>

The basis for employee experience and engagement<\/h2>

A new employee’s first impressions of the organisation will shape their perception of the company long into the future. A good induction<\/strong> creates a strong foundation for the employee experience<\/strong>, which in turn has a significant impact on employee satisfaction and the organisation’s reputation in the labour market. With an adequate and comprehensive orientation, employees feel welcome, valued and part of the work community. Such an experience increases the employee’s motivation and long-term commitment to the company.<\/strong> <\/p>

In some companies, induction already starts with a well-structured preboarding process.
