Bridge<\/a> <\/strong>and Saarni Learning join forces to bring new support to customers in managing their skills. Through this partnership, Silta customers will be able to benefit from Priima learning platform<\/a><\/strong> <\/a>as part of their HR services, offering new ways to support the development of skills in organisations and ensure that training is targeted to the right people at the right time. <\/em><\/p>\n\n

Priima is a versatile tool for induction training, management of statutory training and continuous competence development. By integrating the platform with the HR processes of Silla, training can be directly targeted based on HR system data, making it easier to manage training and significantly reducing manual work. <\/p>\n\n

Tuomas Kuusivaara<\/strong>, CEO of Saarni Learning Oy, sees the cooperation as strategic: “Learning is not a separate part of HR, but an integral and strategic part of it. Together with Silla, we can ensure that the development of our customers’ skills also supports their business objectives.” <\/p>\n\n

Particularly valuable are Priima’s AI capabilities, which support organisations in building training materials. AI can generate course outlines from existing material and can be used to modify existing content or create new content. This streamlines training design and leaves more time for the development of the learning experience itself. <\/p>\n\n

As a result of this cooperation, client organisations will have access to a complete solution in which HR processes and competence development form an integrated whole.
