Event is mainly in English. Agenda covers widely different HR areas including interesting keynotes and discussions. Agenda is divided into three themes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Leading Change &#8211; Redefining HR<\/li><li>I.D.E.A Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Accessibility<\/li><li>HR Analytics &amp; Automation &amp; Digitization<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p>The future of work is already here, and this challenges many HR functionalities to be rethinked. <\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Discendum\u00b4s Deep Dive session concentrates on agile way of developing skills and competences in digital environment. We also introduce our services Priima and Totara TXP as tools for learning.
